Services we offer include expert cutting, professional hair colouring and permanent waving.
Our fully qualified staff receive regular training from Joico specialists, to ensure we are using the latest styling and colouring techniques, so you can rest assured you are in good hands. Our team will be more than happy to advise you on which hair products to use at home, so you can take care of your hair in between salon visits, which we recommend are every 4-8 weeks.

Consultations & Patch Test Policy :
Please come in and have a Consultation with a Stylist for an accurate quotation. If your hair is very long or thick, extra time will be quoted for.
A patch test is required before any colour service if you are a new client at Peppers or have not had a colour service with us within the past 6 months.
The test must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Without a valid patch test, your colour service cannot proceed.
Please note, failure to complete the patch test may result in loss of your deposit, as it covers the reserved appointment time.
Consultation Fee: £10.00 – this will be deducted from your hair appointment booked after the consultation.
NB : We do not do hair extensions.

Colours, Highlights & Toners service guide
We can do so much with colour! A skin test is required if you are a new colour client.
Here is a guide to pricing. All prices are From… If you have longer, thicker hair there will be a charge for extra time and product used, so please book a Complimentary Consultation first so that we can quote you accurately & talk about your colour expectations. Colour correction, if you have coloured your hair at home, requires a Consultation and a hair strand test before we can quote.
**PLEASE NOTE : We cannot do Colour/Foils or any chemical services, i.e. Perms, on Under 16 year olds** – All legal colouring products used in the UK are labelled as “not intended for use on persons under the age of 16″. Children can often be more sensitive to the chemicals in colour than adults. If a child has the potential to develop allergies (and this can come back to their individual genetic make-up), exposure at an early age may increase their allergic sensitivity earlier, and we are not covered by insurance if anything does go wrong.
