We live in a world of confusing claims and beauty promises, but we partner with top professional brands including Guinot skincare, Jessica & Mii nails, and Skinbase Microdermabrasion so that you can be confident that we are regularly up-dated and supported with a network of resources at our disposal.

As the Owner and Director of Peppers Hair & Beauty Ltd, and a Senior Beauty Therapist with many years’ experience, every day is busy & productive. I'm happy to have a lovely team of enthusiastic & qualified people working with the best hair & beauty products to offer great services in a comfortable and friendly professional environment. I believe that you're never too young or too old to invest in yourself. Great facials & regular self-maintenance sessions aren't a luxury, they're a necessity so that you can present the best possible version of yourself out there in your world, with quiet confidence. That's what a Salon does!
Destiny
BEAUTY THERAPIST - I joined the Peppers Team in 2022 as an NVQ 3 Qualified therapist after 2 years of training at Wiltshire College in Trowbridge. I've worked hard and trained further to offer treatments new to the Beauty Menu, such as Hot Stone Massage & Brow Lamination, as well as becoming more skilled in all the other beauty treatments so that I can offer you a top to toe beauty service. I especially love skincare and am fully trained in all the premium Guinot facials to help you achieve glowing skin.
DENISE
SENIOR HAIR STYLIST DIRECTOR - I've been a hairdresser all my working life & been with Peppers for 26 years! I love the changes and cycles of styles and fashions. This then spills over into everything that I do. I believe that a good hair cut is a fabulous confidence boost and, as in art, the use of colour can make a huge difference, whatever your age.

SENIOR HAIR STYLIST DIRECTOR - Hairdressing has been my life-long passion so there's nothing that will surprise me when it comes to hair! I started my career in Trowbridge & later worked in Dubai & Cape Town, South Africa, where I was privileged to have an international client base. The challenges that came with a wide range of hair types & client demands further honed my skills in cutting & colouring to a high professional standard. I've been settled back in Wiltshire for several years and am happy to share my knowledge, skills & experience to create a look that you will love.
HAYLEY
SENIOR HAIR STYLIST - I started my hair career as a 'Saturday Girl' & then continued to train as a stylist with Peppers in Trowbridge over 20 years ago. I moved to Dorset & worked in a top salon in Dorchester for 11 years, before returning to Trowbridge to be nearer my family after the pandemic. I slotted happily back into the team at Peppers offering all my skills and enthusiasm as a Senior Stylist to a loyal client base. I especially enjoy doing short hair, a good restyle & Keratin Smoothing treatments.
NATASHA
SENIOR HAIR STYLIST - I came to Peppers from Devizes, where I had my own Salon for a couple of years. I missed the camaraderie of working with a team & am now enjoying being back working with a team of fellow stylists. I enjoy all aspects of cutting and styling & Keratin Smoothing treatments. Since starting at Peppers I've developed a passion for the Joico range to colour & condition hair of all age groups, but Balayage and bouncy long hair curls & finishes are a favourite.
PHIL
SENIOR HAIR STYLIST DIRECTOR - I started my hairdressing career in London, training and working for well-known salon chains. After moving to the Wiltshire area having met his future-wife, I worked in Bath, then Melksham before leaving the trade. In 2014, missing my craft, I returned to hairdressing and I returned to Melksham, then moved to Peppers in May 2024. My particular areas of expertise include: Classic Barbering and Men’s Hairdressing, Afro-Textured, Curly & Coiled Hair, Big Bouncy Blowdrys, Short Hair Cuts and Bobs, but Highlights are my passion.
LESLEY
FRONT OF HOUSE & BUSINESS MANAGER - I joined the Peppers Team in 2021, stepping into the role of Receptionist and behind-the-scenes management. While I'm not involved in hair or beauty treatments, I'm always busy handling various tasks (many in the background!) to ensure everything runs smoothly for the team. I also assist with scheduling your appointments and help Rosemary manage the business. Every day brings something new, and I enjoy embracing whatever comes my way!

SUGARING EXPERT - I came to the UK from Ukraine escaping the war with my two children. I work at Peppers offering my skills as a 'Sugarista' Sugaring is an all-natural, gentle & effective form of hair removal perfect for everyone, especially those with sensitive skin who may have found waxing too harsh. I'm excited that it's available in Trowbridge & happy to welcome you to soft, smooth, hair-free skin with regular sugaring sessions.
